Ms. Patterson is a Venture Analyst and the President and CEO and Founder of Strategy Inc. (in 2000) for US and International clients. Ms. Patterson has over 18 years’ experience in senior business development and marketing roles with emerging technology medical device companies, the last three of which were acquired by multinational medical companies for $205M, $387M and $508M. Ms. Patterson has held the position as the Vice President, Commercialization for Foundation for Biomedical Engineering. In her executive role she managed the due diligence function for the philanthropic Foundation that was endowed with over $2 billion targeted to create a new generation of biomedical institutes such as the one the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa that focuses on the translation and commercialization of compelling biomedical technology.
Since 2006 through 2014 Ms. Patterson was a guest lecturer at the UCLA core Business of Science program. This graduate school program, one of the most popular in the medical school, teaches about the path to successful commercialization for lifescience technology. In 2010 Ms. Patterson was an invited presenter at IESE, for Healthcare 2020 in Barcelona. She is a much sought after speaker in the area of valuation and lifescience investment. Ms. Patterson developed and taught a series of courses as a guest lecturer at the University of California at Irvine entitled “Securing Funding for Your Compelling Medical Device Technology”. Ms. Patterson has an MBA from University of Southern California with a combined Finance and Marketing focus. She also has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and a graduate focus in Immunology from the University of Michigan.

Over 10 years’ experience in life science consulting, Ms. Rodriguez has been involved in market assessments and investment analyses. Ms. Rodriguez has also been involved in the development of economic models, treatment tools designed to predict treatment adherence, and analyses of medical health expenditures from large medical databases. She has experience working with products in several disease areas, including cancer, neurodegenerative disease, mental health, cardiovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic kidney disease.
Ms. Rodriguez previously worked at Boston Health Economics and also for the Intellectual Property Law Office at Guerin & Rodriguez, LLP working on patent research. Ms. Rodriguez has a BA in Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry from University of Delaware, and graduate studies at Harvard University.
Ms. Harrington has 4 years’ market due diligence and life science research supporting business development analysis. Previously, she was a Senior Scientist, GlaxoSmithKline, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic assay analysis and immunological studies for 7 years. She also has 5 years’ laboratory research with gene therapy for oncology and diabetes studies and in vitro whole-embryo culture teratology experiments
Ms. Harrington has an MS, Cell Biology/Cell Morphology, North Carolina State University.
Kory Razaghi has 15 years of transactional and executive management experience including operations, strategic planning, turnarounds and financial management for a variety of healthcare organizations including medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and hospitals. Kory has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, market assessment, valuation analysis, and advising on transaction structure, including securing licensing agreements. He has also advised clients to successfully drive their capital formation and fund raising activities. As the Managing Director of Aptus Corp, a boutique advisory firm providing management, operational turnaround and corporate finance services, Kory advised clients in various healthcare industries including hospitals and clinics, provider groups, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and sector-focused private equity firms.
Kory was a healthcare associate with Waveland Capital Group, an investment banking firm focused on funding and developing companies, mergers and acquisition advisory. He managed the transaction life cycle including sourcing, screening, structuring and execution of equity, debt, merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Razaghi holds an MBA from the University of California at Irvine, an MS in Biomedical Sciences from University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Utah.
